Michelle is an experienced Learning and Development professional, following a successful career in Financial Services, where she delivered a variety of training interventions and change programmes.
Michelle is committed to ensuring each learning intervention makes a difference, both to the company she is working within, and the delegates attending the programme. She achieves this by obtaining an understanding of the business needs and the impact on employees. This impact, is what enables Michelle to generate an effective and enjoyable workshop. Delegates having fun will remember and implement more change!

Michelle is a professional facilitator, delegates often comment on how quickly she has been able to put them at ease, enabling contribution and discussion from all. Explanations are clear, with real life examples used to bring the training “alive”.
